The Firs is a beautifully designed three-bedroom cottage, sleeping six people
very comfortably. Set in landscaped grounds, there is a patio area (patio furniture provided) to the side and the spacious public rooms enjoy views of the imposing Suidhe Ghuirmain peaks and the verdant glen below.
Porch
The spacious entrance porch offers an ideal place to hang jackets and coats
as well as providing a home for muddy boots and outdoor walking shoes.
Dining room
This delightful room is open plan to the kitchen behind and enjoys views of Suidhe Ghuirmain to the front. Laid with solid oak floors and furnished with a solid oak dining table and chairs, the room is punctuated with modern art objects and pictures.
Kitchen
A chic breakfast bar separates the dining room from the modern fitted kitchen. Fully equipped with Denby crockery, quality cutlery, glassware and top of the range cookware, the kitchen's white gloss units are complemented by a Corian worktop and Neff appliances, including a double oven, ceramic hob and integrated dishwasher.
Laundry
Adjoining the kitchen and with its own back door, the laundry houses a full-size fridge freezer, washing machine and separate tumble drier.
Sitting room
Adjacent to the dining room and kitchen is the double-aspect sitting room. With views of the mountain, glen and surrounding woodland, this bright and spacious room is laid with solid oak floors and decorated in a contemporary style with olive-coloured blinds, curtains and cushions. Big chocolate-leather sofas and armchairs provide ample comfortable seating, while solid oak sideboards house board games, DVDs and CDs. The flat screen television features the latest high definition technology, DVD player and Sky, and modern art objects and pictures complement this relaxing room.
Bedroom 1 (en suite)
A fabulous contemporary four-poster bed made from solid oak is the centrepiece of this double bedroom. The crisp white Egyptian cotton linen is the perfect backdrop for the beautiful plaid throw and candy-coloured cushions by Highland textile designer
ANTA. Again, the bedroom features hygienic hardwood flooring and handsome solid oak furniture as well as a fitted wardrobe to comfortably store all your belongings. The Italian tiled en suite shower room is fitted with a fresh white suite comprising double-width shower with wet wall enclosure, wash hand basin and WC. Smart chrome fittings and soft thick white towels complete this pristine shower room.
Bedroom 2
Laid with hardwood flooring, this twin room enjoys views of the mountains and plenty of storage within the freestanding solid oak chest of drawers, double wardrobe and night stand. Beds are made up with feather duvets and plump pillows, dressed with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen.

Similar to bedroom 2, this twin room has views of the mountains, hardwood floors and freestanding solid oak furniture. Beds are made up with feather duvets and plump pillows, dressed with crisp white Egyptian cotton linen.
