amily of four very comfortably. Set in its own landscaped grounds with paved patio area (quality patio furniture provided), Brocks Cottage enjoys views of the imposing peaks of Suidhe Ghuirmain and the surrounding native woodland.
Porch
The spacious entrance porch offers an ideal place to hang jackets and coats as well as providing a home for muddy boots and outdoor walking shoes.
Sitting room
The large double-aspect sitting room is furnished with lush olive-coloured blinds, curtains, cushions and throws, while Italian cherry-leather sofas and armchairs provide ample comfortable
seating. Smart solid oak sideboards house a selection of entertainment from DVDs and CDs to board games and playing cards, while the flat screen television features the latest high definition technology, DVD player and Sky. This wonderfully relaxing room is punctuated with pieces of modern art objects and pictures.
Dining kitchen
Featuring high-quality units, hardwood flooring and a ceramic sink with drainer, the modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and features Neff appliances, ceramic hob and integrated dishwasher. The kitchen adjoins the spacious dining room, where you'll find a large solid oak dining table and chairs, a striking glass and steel-strung light fitting hanging overhead, and an oak dresser housing Denby crockery.Laundry
Situated off the kitchen, and with its own back door, the convenient laundry room is equipped with a full-size fridge freezer, separate washing machine and tumble drier.
Bedroom 1
A fabulous contemporary four-poster bed made from solid oak is the centrepiece of this double bedroom. The crisp white Egyptian cotton linen is the perfect backdrop for the beautiful plaid throw and candy-coloured cushions by Highland textile designer, ANTA. Again, the bedroom features hygienic hardwood flooring and handsome solid oak furniture as well as a fitted wardrobe to comfortably store all your belongings. With its solid white bunk beds, the second bedroom is ideal for both adults and children ( fullsize beds ). Made up with proper duvets and pillows, each bunk has its own
light for reading, while the fitted wardrobe and tall chest of drawers provide ample storage.

Fitted with a fresh white suite, the family-sized bathroom features an indulgent spa bath with separate spacious shower enclosure, wash hand basin and WC. Spotless Italian tiled flooring, chrome fittings and soft white fluffy towels complete this thoroughly contemporary bathroom.
Linen cupboard
Found in the hallway, this handy full-height cupboard is fitted with slatted shelving for storing linen and airing purposes.
