Our largest and most luxurious 'cottage', this fantastic five-
bedroom house two bedrooms en suite sleeps 10 people very comfortably. The spacious accommodation is laid out over two floors and there is a substantial decked area to the front of the property (quality patio furniture provided), perfect for taking in the panoramic view
s of the imposing Suidhe Ghuirmain peaks and the verdant glen below.
Porch
A large entrance porch provides a convenient place to hang coats and leave boots and outdoor shoes.
Sitting room
This spacious, light-filled room has French doors leading onto the decking and boasts wonderful mountain views. Laid with solid oak flooring, the room is furnished in a contemporary style with olive-green curtains and cherry-red leather sofas and chairs, providing plenty of comfortable seating. Further solid oak sideboards house a selection of board games, DVDs and CDs, while the flat screen television features and latest high definition technology, DVD player and Sky. Modern art complements the fresh décor and a warming gas fire is a welcome feature in the cooler winter months.
Reading room
This double-aspect sitting room enjoys views of the mountain peaks and the surrounding woodland. Add big comfortable chocolate-leather sofas and footstools and you have a peaceful haven for reading and relaxing.
Dining kitchen
The centrepiece of Bearnock Country House has to be the fabulous dining kitchen. This bright spacious room has French doors that open out onto the decking, perfect for al fresco breakfast or lunch in the warmer summer months, or guests can enjoy the mountain views from inside at the farmhouse-style kitchen table. Floors are laid with stylish Italian tiles, walls painted in tranquil duck-egg blue while the modern fitted kitchen with fresh white units comes fully equipped for even the most professional of cooks! You'll find two Neff ovens and a gas range, an integrated dishwasher, plenty of work surface space and cupboards filled with Maxwell and Williams crockery, quality cutlery and glassware, and top of the range cookware.
Laundry
This good-sized room is located off the kitchen and has its own back door. It houses a full-size fridge freezer as well as a washing machine and separate tumble drier for all your laundry needs.
Formal dining room
Floored with stylish Italian tiling, the formal dining room is light and spacious with French doors leading onto the decking and panoramic views of Suidhe Ghuirmain. Furnished with solid oak dining tables and chairs, the floor-to-ceiling windows are framed by burnt orange curtains with complementary modern pictures on the walls.
Cloakroom
Conveniently located downstairs and fully wheelchair accessible, this room is fitted with a fresh white WC, wash hand basin and comes with soft white hand towels.
Bedrooms
The five generously proportioned bedrooms comprise three Kingsize and two twins. Two Kingsize bedrooms are en suite, one with double-width shower cubicle and wet-wall enclosure, one with a curved bath and shower over. Both feature pristine white suites, smart chrome fittings, stylish Italian tiling and thick white towels. The double bedroom with en suite bathroom also has a second adjoining bedroom, ideal for couples with young babies, or for those in need of a quiet study to work from during their stay.
Every bedroom is individually decorated in a fresh, contemporary style and enjoys views of the mountain peaks and the surrounding native woodland. Fitted with solid oak
flooring, the rooms are furnished with a combination of solid oak furniture and built-in wardrobes to provide ample storage for all your belongings. The high-quality beds are made up with feather duvets and plump pillows and dressed in crisp white Egyptian cotton linen, colourful cushions, and cosy wool throws by Highland textile designer ANTA.
Bathroom
Fitted with a fresh white suite, the family-sized bathroom features a fabulous spa bath and separate spacious shower enclosure, wash hand basin and WC. Spotless Italian tiled flooring, chrome fittings and soft white fluffy towels complete this thoroughly contemporary and spacious bathroom.
Storage
Bearnock has plenty of storage throughout, including linen/airing cupboards.

With plenty of parking outside the house.
